I’ve spent fifteen years making operations work — and seven of them inside the online business world.

My foundation is nonprofit operations — fifteen years in places where the systems have to hold under pressure and there’s no budget for chaos. The last seven years I’ve spent inside online businesses, behind the scenes with some of the biggest names in the space.
